How To Order

There are 3 ways to order from IDT: through the web, via email, or by fax. The easiest and most efficient way to order is through this website.

Web Ordering

• Before you can place an order on this website, you'll first need to set up an account with IDT.

Some things to note:

• Please double-check the information before submitting the form, particularly your email address.
• Write down your login ID and password and keep them in a safe place. For security reasons, IDT cannot give out forgotten passwords over the phone. They can only be sent to the email address listed in the account.
• After you have ordered from IDT via the web once, you will be able to access all of your orders, whether placed via the web or not. The past order information also includes order status, online specification sheets, QC data (Mass Spec, CE, etc.), and shipping information.
• You can change your login and/or password by logging into the ordering system using your existing login and password, and then clicking the Update Login Information item on the menu.
• You can change your account information by logging into the ordering system and then clicking the Update Account Information item on the menu.

Email Ordering

You can place an order via email by sending it to orders@idtdna.com

IDT provides an Excel template for email oligo orders. You can download it here.

If you are unable to use the Excel template, your email order should include the following information:

• Your name, address, and phone number
• The name of your institution
• Payment information for the order
• The name of your Principal Investigator (PI)
• The scale and sequence of the oligos you want to order, one oligo per line

FAX Ordering

FAX orders should include the same information as email orders (see above), but a standard FAX order form is also available in Microsoft Word format. For a copy of our fax order form, call toll-free 1-800-328-2661 or download a fax order form here.

All orders accepted by IDT are made subject to the restrictions and conditions outlined in the Usage, Warranty and Licenses. Further restrictions may apply. IDT reserves the right to refuse any order.
