IDT offers three convenient ways to order: on the website, by email, or by fax.
IDT provides an Excel template for email Oligo orders, RNAi Duplex orders, Plate orders, and Primer Mix orders.
If you are unable to use the Excel template, your email order should include the following information: your name, address, and phone number; the name of your institution; payment information for the order; the name of your Principal Investigator (PI); the scale and sequence of the oligos you want to order, one oligo per line.

An order confirmation will be sent via email shortly after an order is placed on the website. IDT offers many ordering features on the website including: pricing, yield guarantees, estimated ship dates, convenient plate ordering, access to oligo specification sheets, mass spectrometry, and analytical CE traces, order and shipment tracking, multiple oligo entry, and ability to reorder oligos.
