How do I dilute my primers?
To obtain a 100 µM solution, multiply # nmol x 10. That will equal the # µL to use for resuspension. For example: 20 nmol X 10 = 200 µL. We offer a free online resuspension calculator that can make such calculations for you: https://www.idtdna.com/Calc/resuspension/.
