Partnering with IDT
When you partner with us, you are fully supported by a dedicated B2B account manager who serves as a single point of contact. Your B2B account manager is an experienced IDT representative, an expert in our processes, and trained to handle the most custom
and complex customer requests. Whether you are developing a commercial or clinical assay, your B2B account manager can quickly connect you with the most appropriate expert within IDT. You’ll have access to their direct phone line, and you can
reach them anytime via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We encourage regular teleconferences with your B2B account manager and the other key partners involved in your projects. Based on the agenda content, your account manager will connect you with the appropriate IDT experts. These discussions will provide
you with transparency into project scheduling and ensure that your timelines are met. We encourage all our business partners to visit our facility in Coralville, Iowa, where you can tour our manufacturing, purification, quality control, formulation,
and packaging suites.
Project set up
We recommend that you provide us with a comprehensive description of your project requirements, which will significantly reduce the quoting and manufacturing times for a new oligo panel. Please expect approximately 30-45 days to set up new projects requiring
custom part numbers, labels/specification sheets, or third party components. Subsequent orders governed by the project will not incur this initial set up work. This estimate does not include any manufacturing time; those lead times are specific to
each oligo panel and will be provided to you by your account manager. To get started on your project, download our intake form below.
Quote turnaround time
Once you have completed the intake form, a quote will be sent within 2 business days of receipt of all relevant details needed to prepare pricing.
Order turnaround time.
Because of IDT’s vast product offering, it is difficult to generalize order turnaround time. Your account manager will provide an estimated ship date upon receipt of your order. Any delays or divergence from the originally communicated date will
be surfaced to you as soon as identified.
